Our signature vinyasa/hatha inspired class. Expect intelligent sequencing, breath-led movement, and room to explore your edge. Every teacher brings their own flavor, but the through line is creativity, challenge, and connection.

FOLLOW
A dynamic, music-driven class where the entire room moves in their own way. No verbal cues—just the name of the pose and the breath; leaving space to follow the teacher or do your own thing. Come ready to trust your body and the beat.

RESTORE
Intentional stillness. Gentle postures, longer holds, and guided breathwork to help the nervous system settle. Perfect for winding down, releasing tension, and coming home to yourself.

FULL BODY
Strength meets movement. This class blends functional training, mobility, and conditioning to build resilience from the inside out. Think bodyweight circuits, optional equipment, and a playlist that rocks your socks off.
